Welcome to LeliLashes We are based in CALIFORNIA. We offer affordable and a variety of different styles of lashes. Our brand provides high quality with a lightweight design that is meant to be comfortable for daily wear and use. Made with 100% real mink hairs and a 3D/5D design and a thin cotton band. LeliLashes are handcrafted and made to last multiple wears, up to 15-30 with proper care. All products are luxurious, handcrafted and 100% cruelty-free.

Questions and Answers On LeliLashes

Are LeliLashes cruelty free?

Yes. All of our lashes are cruelty free. Although they are made from mink fur, we make sure hairs are collected during naturally occuring shedding through seasonal changes in order to guarentee 100% no cruelty.

Are LeliLashes reusable?

 Each individual lash is handcrafted and made with a thin cotton band. Our lashes can be work up to 30 times with proper care.

How much does shipping cost?

  ~ US shipping has a FLAT RATE of $8, FREE shipping with purchases over $50.

  ~We also offer LOCAL delivery for a rate of $3, FREE with purchases over $30

  ~We also have CURBSIDE PICKUP for no extra cost.

What form of payments are accepted?

~Our website accepts any form of debit or credit card. All information is secured protected

 ~PayPal

  ~Cash option available when ordering from our website for local delivery and curbside pickup. NOTE: please have exact cash total for the cash payment option.

~You can choose the "CASH' option to pay with ZELLE, CASHAPP, APPLEPAY. NOTE: please chat with us, email us, DM us on Instagram for more information on these other form of payment options.

Refund policy

Due to sanitary/health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

If a product is defective, you must notify us WITHIN 24-48 HOURS of receiving your lashes to be eligible for refund/exchange and paid return shipping by us.

Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged

Sale items: which includes items sold with a promotional code or marked down in price, are final sale. 

​

 If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY!

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  ~LOCAL DELIVERY hours are Friday-Saturday 11am-2pm

  ~CURBSIDE PICKUP hours are Monday-Thursday 6pm-8pm, Friday 9am-3pm.

Q. What method is used for shipping?

  ~All packages are shipped USPS ONLY

  

Q. Do you ship internationally?

  ~NOT AT THE MOMENT, WE ARE WORKING ON IT.

Q. How long does shipping take?

  ~Shipping takes 7-10 business days,  MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY , We don’t work on Weekends!

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

  ~Every purchase is a final sale unless your product is damaged.

Q. Can I return or exchange an item?

  ~Exchanges are acceptable for damaged product. Please contact  THROUGH EMAIL LELILASHES@HOTMAIL.COM with all details regarding your exchange.  NOTE: All emails will receive a response within 24-48 hours.


Q. My item was stolen, How can I get a refund?

  ~Unfortunately, We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

 Q. Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?

   ~Every purchase is a final sale. Order can’t be cancel.


Q. How do I know my order is on the way?

  ~When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. We recommend all of our customers to hit the notification button once tracking number is received. This will allow you to keep track of your package.

LELILASHES is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to.)

We are also not responsible for any LOST OR STOLEN shipments.

​

Issues: If there are any issues with your order after receiving, you will have 24-48 hrs to EMAIL US AT LELILASHES@HOTMAIL.COM and let us know.  It may take a little longer for us to answer email but we go by the day you send the email and the time you receive the package, please make sure you provide your order number, if you don't know your order number can provide NAME AND LAST NAME on the order.
